During
the cruise you will be able to enjoy traditional Russian concerts and
contemporary world live music performed by our musicians. As well as chess sets,
cards, books and DVD films are available on board the ship.

Baggage
Porters
carry your baggage from the bus to your cabin and from the cabin to the bus on
transfer days.

Laundry Service
Cabin
attendant does your laundry within 24 hours after request. You can find the
price list at the reception.

Drinks
A
wide range of drinks is offered in the restaurants and bars. Payment is accepted
in cash roubles, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Souvenir Boutique
In
the boutique you can find a wide range of Matrioshka dolls (nested dolls),
hand-painted lacquer boxes, amber and silver jewelry. Payment is accepted in
cash rubles, VISA or MASTERCARDS.

and MASTERCARD are accepted on board in bars and souvenir boutique.

Money Exchange
You
can exchange money the next day after your arrival or during the city tour. We
recommend that you have cash in small denominations.

Cabin Key
Please
make sure to leave your cabin key at the reception every time you leave the
boat.

Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems
Centralized
air-conditioning and heating systems are installed on board.

Welcome Cocktail
Welcome
drink is offered on the first day of the navigation.

Mail
You
can buy post cards and stamps on board. There is a mail box at the reception.

Russian Language Classes and Seminars
Throughout
the cruise your guides provide Russian lessons and seminars on Russian art, way
of life, customs and people.

Drinking Water
The
tap water in your cabin is not suitable for drinking. Drinking water is served
in carafes during meal times.
·
Cabin Service
Small
towel are changed daily.
Large
towel and linen are changed every three days. Cabins are cleaned daily.
·
Excursions
The
excursions program is announced daily and is posted on the notice boards.
·
Passport and Visas
Your
passports and migration cards are collected at the reception on arrival day to
be stamped and registered.
·
Radio
There
is a radio in your cabin that plays music. The volume may be set as desired or
switched off.
·
Gratuities
We
recommend a sum of EUR35 per passenger to be reserved as gratuities for the crew
and guides. It is collected at the end of the cruise.
·
Health
There
is a limited supply of common medicines (FIRST AID only) on board. Please ensure
that you take any specific medication (especially for serious conditions) with
you. There is a doctor on board. We advise you to use mosquito repellent.
·
Telephone
A
mobile communication is available on board the ship. When you need to make a
call, come to the reception desk to use the mobile phone. One minute of
international call costs 4€. Please note, that there is no mobile connection
at some stages of the cruise.
